Last month was my first experience with Quantum Bio-Feedback and I do recommend it for a pretty accurate analysis of the "stresses" in your body. I really liked Jerry, my Biofeedback Practitioner, who used to work at Progressive Medical Center.

Overall I am in good health but it was a good reminder that I need to eat slowly and that I need more essential fatty acids for my connective tissue. The most interesting part of this screening is that it gives you feedback not only on what is off balance physically but also emotionally. My emotions of being curious, a perfectionist (something I'm aware of and working on releasing), anxiety, fears and desires to be different were all confirmed.
